A few years back, we decided to take our knowledge of investment and construction, and really put it to the test with the goal of creating products to both meet our client’s demand for specific styles and new construction, and to conscientiously produce homes that add to the natural charm and value in the areas we represent.

These are photos of the last ground up build that Ryan developed in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Chasing the understated cottage theme of the area, we were able to add serious amounts of volume, while choosing some finishes and perks of the current, more contemporary, style preferred in today’s market. After 2 full priced offers, this 1600 foot home sold for $3,295,000, or $2,059.00 / a square foot. In addition to being the principal and developer on the project, Ryan also represented and negotiated the listing side of the sale, which is the current highest price ever paid in Carmel for a home without an ocean view.
